3 Penthouse Apartments and 4 Studio Apartments
Penthouse Apartments:
2 with 2 single beds and 1 with a queensize bed,
20’ x 20’ living room/dining, full separate complete kitchen,
full separate bath, large separate bed room
Studio Apartments:
3 with 2 single beds and 1 with a queensize bed,
living room/bedroom combo, compact kitchen built in, full separate bathroom w/shower
Note: 2 of the Penthouse Villas are connectable via separate inside staircases
to 2 of the Studio Apartments, making 2-story expandable multi purpose suites.
Every apartment is tastefully furnished with linen and kitchen/tableware
and has 120 volt service w/TV and ceiling fans.
